Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped, and frozen

  • 1 tsp instant coffee

Method:

1. Blend the Bananas
Place the frozen banana pieces into a food processor or high-speed blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

2. Add the Coffee
Sprinkle in the instant coffee and blend again until fully combined and smooth.

3. Serve or Store
Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for later. If refreezing, simply blitz again before serving to restore its creamy, ice cream-like consistency.
